I had an appointment today at 4:00. Person signing people in for appointments told another person and myself that they were behind because all of us didn't fill out our paperwork that was emailed to us, which I'm assuming they forgot about just like me. Then she complained to me because my insurance company didn't send me a physical card and all I had was a digital version. And then, she went on and on about how it was necessary and required and that they were the only ones who accepted my insurance. So I replied and told here there was another doctor in the area that takes my insurance. She told me I should go there then and told the other person who was copying paperwork to give me back my forms and cancel my appointment. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't call anybody names or cuss or anything like that. I was kicked out because she was being rude to everyone and I said that there was another doctor that took that insurance. The doctor himself might be great, but I'll never know. But at least there really is another doctor that takes my insurance.

I would like to say that Dr. Ladha is a very excellent surgeon he's the best surgeon he made me feel very at ease when I found out I needed to remove my lipoma
he explained how the procedures and my incision since my lipoma was located on my left side of my head . He is such a a sweet doctor I felt very comfortable.
Thank you Stacey for sending me all the hospital orders and follow up schedule you are the best thank you so much for loving my name that really made my visits worth while .

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT ME . FROM THE MOMENT WE MET STACEY, AND THEN DR.LADHA, MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND KNEW I WAS IN GREAT HANDS,AND DID NOT NEED TO LEAVE MIDLAND TO FIND A MORE CARING,KIND,AND INTELLIGENT SURGEON.

Absolutely fantastic surgeon! Staff was amazing. Dr. Ladha is extremely talented and gifted doctor. Takes the time to explain your options and what will work best for you. As a team they keep you fully informed and answer any & all questions! Thank y’all so much!

When I went to see the Doc my back was hurting. Doc fused most of my back and neck together. It still hurts a little, but not like it did. I like him because he communicates with you, most surgeons don’t.

Friendly, informative, will answers any and all questions plainly and into detail.
He tells you what you can and cannot expect.
